Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo

The restaurants and bars offered a delightful atmosphere with beautifully curated interior design that added to the overall charm of the stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, with special thanks to our housekeeper Karima who kept our room clean and comfortable, as well as the dedicated teams at the bars and restaurants who made us feel truly cared for. The hotel’s taxi services were efficient and reliable—Hossam, in particular, was incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. The swimming pool was a pleasant and relaxing escape. If we’re ever going back to Cairo, we will happily stay there again.

The Location was amazing, we could see the Pyramids very clearly from our balcony, it was a joy sitting and just staring at them. Kareama was an amazing cleaner, the rooms were spotless and she was always available on the third floor to help with anything. As other guests have said the breakfast was great loads of choice, everything was fresh, the Hotel clearly take pride in this. The pool area was also spotless and the swim up bar staff were so smiley. We had such a great time, spent 4 nights in Cairo and the location meant it was easy for us to go to Giza and the New Museum. we booked hotel drivers 4 times and they were prompt and very friendly. we took a hotel driver to the Bazaar who stuck to us like glue, my daughters are early 20's, we really appreciated his help as he had to intervene and tell someone off more than once. and we would have got very lost without him. he went above and beyond. We were also given a late check-out without any problem. I highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay the Steigenberger Pyramids. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was incredibly helpful including Dina at the concierge who minutes after arrival secured some much needed medicine by delivery. The pool is very well maintained with a swim up bar that was a hit with everyone. The evening buffet was delicious including a special dish Mohammed whipped up for me that I appreciated. The rooms are very clean and well stocked with amenities and a full minibar. The location is perfect if Giza and the GEM are in your plans although the walking path across the freeway is still under construction. I can’t say enough about my stay here and look forward to returning someday.

A great location for visiting the pyramids (just 20 minutes away) - and rooms with 'pyramid view' really do have a spectacular view of the Giza pyramids.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night before our drive to Alexandria, and it was absolutely perfect for the purpose of our trip. The highlight? Being able to see the pyramids from the comfort of our room — an unforgettable experience! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet. We slept really well and woke up to that view — it honestly felt surreal. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both excellent, with a great variety of traditional Egyptian dishes alongside more continental options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They struck the right balance — helpful and attentive without ever being overbearing. I especially appreciated the guest services team reaching out to me via WhatsApp before our stay. It made everything feel smooth and personal.
