The restaurants and bars offered a delightful atmosphere with beautifully curated interior design that added to the overall charm of the stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, with special thanks to our housekeeper Karima who kept our room clean and comfortable, as well as the dedicated teams at the bars and restaurants who made us feel truly cared for. The hotel’s taxi services were efficient and reliable—Hossam, in particular, was incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. The swimming pool was a pleasant and relaxing escape. If we’re ever going back to Cairo, we will happily stay there again.

A special mention goes to Dina from Guest Relations, whose warmth, professionalism, and personal touch elevated our stay. Mohamed at the front desk was exceptional ; welcoming, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. In fact, the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. We left feeling not just relaxed and pampered, but truly cared for. Thank you to the management and team for making our stay so memorable. We’ll absolutely be back!

We stayed at this hotel for just one night before our drive to Alexandria, and it was absolutely perfect for the purpose of our trip. The highlight? Being able to see the pyramids from the comfort of our room — an unforgettable experience! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet. We slept really well and woke up to that view — it honestly felt surreal. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both excellent, with a great variety of traditional Egyptian dishes alongside more continental options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They struck the right balance — helpful and attentive without ever being overbearing. I especially appreciated the guest services team reaching out to me via WhatsApp before our stay. It made everything feel smooth and personal.

The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the pyramids right from the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and elegance. A special highlight of my stay was the complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the experience even more luxurious. The suite was spacious, well-furnished, and had an incredible view—an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture from the hotel.
